A relatively new concept in the online world is “Virtual Real Estate Investing“. What is meant by “Virtual Real Estate Investing” ranges from online games like SecondLife (where real profit can be made) to the use of internet technologies to make normal real estate investors more profitable.

To find out the real story, I had a conversation with Bryan Ellis, widely considered to be one of the originators of the concept of Virtual Real Estate Investing.

When I began using the term virtual real estate investing in the late 1990s, I did so because I saw clear parallels between the strategies used for profiting from physical real estate and those that would create income in the online world, said Ellis.

An example of the similar nature of “virtual” and “physical” real estate Bryan Ellis likes to point out is the methods of making a profit from domain names compared to physical real estate. “These types of assets - websites and physical real estate - can be monetized in very similar ways like buy lo/sell high, leasing/rental and advertising opportunities” he says.

The similarities really are obvious. Consider: A valuable piece of real estate is valuable largely due to the interest that other people have in that specific location. Similarly, ownership of a desirable domain name is valuable for the same reasons. Regardless of the type of asset, you can sell or lease or use any number of strategies to turn the assets into cash.

In our next installment of this series on virtual real estate investing, Bryan Ellis will share the internet analogies to the physical concept of real estate development.

Homeowner’s loans are mortgaged loans or secured loans. The borrower has to offer his house as a security to avail a homeowner’s loan. Homeowner loans have become very popular in recent years. This is because a homeowner loan can be used for a number of purposes.

A homeowner’s loan can be used to buy a second home. Since buying a house requires a large amount of money, a homeowner’s loan to finance it is the best option. It is repaid over a long period of time in affordable monthly installments.

A homeowner’s loan can also be used to finance your business requirements. Any business requires both short term and long term funds. Short term funds are required to run day to day business operations. Such requirements can be fulfilled by unsecured loans. Long term funds are required in large amounts to buy fixed assets such as land, building and machinery. A homeowner’s loan is a convenient way to finance your long term business requirements.

If you have taken a number of loans and you are not being able to manage them, you may avail a homeowner’s loan to consolidate your debt. This will help you keep tack of your debt. Such a loan can also save your money since it carries an interest rate lower than the rate on your existing loans.

Your house is your proud possession. You may want to carry out house repairs or home improvement to keep it in good condition. Home improvement can also raise the value of your house. A homeowner’s house can help you with this as well. A homeowner’s loan can fulfill your other needs such as a car, children’s education, a holiday tour, etc.

There are several benefits of a homeowner’s loan such as low rate of interest, flexible repayment terms, small monthly payments, etc. Since it is secured against a property, the lender can afford to charge a low interest rate. A low interest homeowner’s loan with an extended loan period will allow you to pay small monthly installments. So whatever your need might be, you may rely upon your house to fetch you money.

Sales Management can learn by example from Henry Ford. Almost a hundred years ago Henry Ford revolutionized an industry. This allowed the Ford Motor Company to gain market share that remains strong today. Although Henry Ford didn’t invent the automobile, he did create the assembly line. The assembly line concept continues to thrive today. With today’s computer and software technology, sales management can do similar things in sales. The basic concepts and principles are the same. If you adopt these ideas you can increase market share in your industry.

Sales Management Must Start With a Proven Sales Process

At the Ford assembly line, there is a sequence of automobile parts that must be assembled in a specific order to complete a car. This is similar to the sales process. The sale team must follow the sales process in a specific order to complete a sale. If sales management doesn’t have a proven sales process, how can they expect to increase their sales production? They can’t! Therefore, the first step in automating sales is creating or mapping the sales process.

One of the challenges sales management has is making salespeople follow a sales process. As with any system, salespeople must learn to do everything that needs to be done and when it needs to be done. Fortunately, computer technology and contact management software can help solve many of these challenges. When done correctly, salespeople will adapt to an automated (computer) assistant that performs their routine tasks.

Automating Routine Sales Tasks

Automating routine sales tasks will eliminate wasted sales time and allow for more belly to belly sales time. For many salespeople, even the simple and routine task of writing a sales letter is difficult. When we can automate these routine tasks, a salesperson can be in front of more customers and prospects. When salespeople make more contacts, the sales team can dramatically improve sales.

There are countless sales tools a business can adopt in the realm of sales and marketing automation. Some of them work and others won’t. If you search for a sales automation solution, be sure it follows a proven sales process. Mapping the events of the sales process isn’t easy. However, the benefits of having an automated sales process management system are enormous.

What is a Bad Credit Lender Anyways?

A Bad Credit Lender is any money lender that specializes in difficult to fund loans. These might include money loans to borrowers with poor credit, low FICO scores and little to no assets/equity. Individuals with bad credit may find it difficult, if not impossible, to obtain a loan from a bank or
other financial institution. For borrowers who do not qualify for a bank loan, one lending option is a private loan, often reffered to as a hard money loan or bad credit loan.

Bad Credit Lender Rates

Because the borrower has a shakier track record with paying back their financial obligations and/or has less economic resources available to them, they carry a greater risk for defaulting on the loan. For these reasons, a hard money or bad credit lender charges a higher annual percentage rate and up front points. Bad credit lenders charge anywhere from 11%-16% plus 1 to 10 points. Lending amounts will vary by lender and by state.

The Benefits of Using a Bad Credit Lender

Borrowers should only apply for a bad credit loan after they have unsuccessfully applied for a financial loan from several financial institutions. Due to the high percent rate of a bad credit loan, borrowers should structure their hard money loans so that they do not exceed 12 to 18 months. The goal for a borrower in this situation is to rebuild their credit during this time (borrowers are not penalized by credit bureaus if they miss payments etc.). With diligence and work, hopefully the borrower can now refinance their loan at the end of their loan term and obtain a subprime loan. This way, the borrower is on their way to reestablishing their financial future.

CCNA and CCNP candidates hear it all the time: “you have to get some hands-on experience to pass the exams”.

Candidates tend to think that’s just so they can solve the simulator problems, but that’s only the more obvious reason.

First, I want to make it clear that I’m not bashing learning from books you have to learn theory before you can really know what’s going on in the first place. The key is that to truly understand routing and switching processes, you’ve got to have that hands-on experience.

So if the simulator questions are the more obvious reason to get hands-on experience, what are the less obvious reasons?

Glad you asked!

You see what happens when things don’t go according to the script. One of the biggest problems with learning your skills on software programs such as “router simulators” is that with simulators, things go pretty much as planned.

I have news for you: that doesn’t always happen in the real world. While Cisco routers and switches are highly reliable devices, every once in a while you’re going to get an unexpected result from a command. Maybe it didn’t work after you typed it in maybe it has an effect on your prior configuration that you didn’t expect. Maybe you don’t know what happened - you just typed in that command and the router went nuts!

Sooner or later, that’s going to happen to you in the real world. And as I tell my students, it’s actually a good thing to have happen to you in a lab.

You don’t learn to troubleshoot or fine-tune a configuration when everything works perfectly. You don’t learn much at all when things go perfectly. And you’re practicing to learn!

I often say that great chefs don’t learn to cook on cooking simulators they learn in the kitchen, and they burn a lot of meals on the way to greatness. You need to screw up some configs on the way to greatness, and you can’t do that on a computer program. You have to be on the real thing.

You build confidence by working with real Cisco routers and switches. Would you want the Super Bowl to be the first football game you ever really played in? Of course not. Then why would you take router configuration exams and be nervous about having to create a VLAN, or troubleshoot an OSPF configuration?

You cannot walk into the testing room a nervous wreck. You must have the attitude that you are already a CCNA or CCNP, and you’re just there to make it official. I can tell you from firsthand experience with many students that the way you develop than confidence is to work with the real deal.

You can’t buy that confidence, and you can’t simulate your way to it. You’ve got to work with real Cisco routers and switches. By working with the real equipment, you develop the real skills and real confidence you need to pass the CCNA and CCNP exams.

Maslows Hierarchy Of Needs is A Plagiarism On Chakra Theory And Kundalini Yoga, Known About For Thousands Of Years

Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs Psychology- Really a plagiarism of the psychological aspects of the 7 Chakra Processors? Is Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs really a plagiarism or parallel confirming research of the psychological aspects of the 7 Chakras, known about in Kundalini Yoga for Thousands of Years.

Chakras are about the parallel processors of the mind. Only one of these processors is Intellectual. The rest comprise the emotions, the unconscious, the subconscious, the inner child and the id.

All todays fastest supercomputers use parallel processors gaining speed with the number of processors.

Base Chakra is Mooladhara Chakra Abdominal Chakra is Swadisthan Chakra Solar Plexus Chakra is Manipur Chakra Heart Chakra is Anahata Chakra Throat Chakra is Visshudhi Chakra Brow or Third Eye Chakra is Ajna Chakra Crown Chakra is Sahasrara Chakra

The levels of evolution and their relationship to the parallel processors of the human brain, chakra, development and the ages at which they normally start working correctly, are used in the Montessori method of teaching yet the age of paradigm shift is simply the age at which another chakra gains functionality. Anyone can see that this follows the theory of chakra awakening of Kundalini Yoga known about for thousands of years.

Maslows Hierarchy of Needs says that as the lower desires are fed so higher desires can be achieved.

Sex , Safety and Food - base chakra Belonging in relationships - second chakra Power - solar plexus Self Esteem - Heart Chakra Self Actualisation - Crown Chakra

Anyone can see that this follows the theory of chakra awakening of Kundalini Yoga known about for thousands of years.

Chakras are like the processors in a super computer. The more they communicate, the more intelligent they are. So anything which stops that communication, like an energy blockage will decrease intelligence. The more each chakra functions, the more intelligent we are, therefore anything which stops that functionality, like an energy blockage, the less of our potential intelligence we are using.

Intelligence is not only the intellectual IQ.

Emotional Intelligence functions in different chakras from the intelligence chakra. And emotional intelligence is when there exists in a human being none of the negative emotions.

Negative emotions are, Anger, Depression, wanting attention, manicism and Fear but to these we could add, wanting to harm another, jealousy and selfish desire.

As the chakras becomes harmonized by losing their energy blockages then the negative emotions become controllable or just go.

Thus releasing the Power of Positive emotions like Love, Willpower and the Power of getting things done. These become the norm.

Kundalini Yoga works by giving advanced techniques to remove energy blockages and thus release the power of the human intellect and Positive Emotion. Of Love, Love under Will.

Read the psychology of, Wilber, Piaget and Berne, - Ponder on this and see the truth for yourself.

We have all heard a lot on the news recently about books being made digital for all to read. Microsoft is doing a 20-million dollar project in Great Britain and Google is doing several libraries in the United States. There has been some controversy on this issue from authors who receive royalties and booksellers. It is for this reason our Think Tank brought up the topic.

A prominent member in our Think Tank “Swift” said; “I was looking into your idea of the digital library and Goggle’s attempt at putting all existing books on the Internet. I really like this idea as only a small percentage of books remain in print. I have been looking for an out of print book for decades called the Rose and the Labyrinth and have had book searches done all over the world. I have found out that there were 5 books with this title. The one I am looking for dealt with the time Carl Jung spent with minors and his reactions to them. He didn’t write it, but I no longer have the information on the book so don’t remember who the writer is. There are some really wonderful out of print books and no way to access them. I am having problems with the publishing companies who are worried about the copyright infringement issues and the interpretation of “fair use.”

They wouldn’t start with the newest books, I would think; but the books that were no longer protected. What in the heck are they being protected from? No one is going to pretend they wrote them for crying out loud. After this length of time, I’ll read any book names the Rose and the Labyrinth and pretend it was the book that was referred to me by Jung’s last student before he died. I really like the idea of a mine being a labyrinth–so did my father.

Well I certainly see Swift’s point on this issue and we know that currently we are very busy digitizing humankind’s written knowledge from books to the digital so it can be made available to the world. This is a very wise move as books can decay over years and out of print books are not available to all. By digitizing the known human written knowledge to the world we can conquer the opportunity barriers of those hard chargers who may not have the resources to achieve the upward mobility they seek. As we conquer the digital divide we will be well on our way to giving back the knowledge of the world from the entire Library of Commerce to the human race in an easy to read, search and retrieve format available to all. That will be an excellent day for the human race indeed. Imagine a digital library of the Library of Commerce able to use Super Computer speeds to retrieve all the world’s written books online at a speed of Google or MSN.com. That is to say any book written in any language, anywhere in the world, at anytime, think on that for a second.

By using knowledge and experience this way we can leverage this to prevent failure through understanding results. Those who do not learn from their mistakes, tend to keep from making them. Those who remember the lessons learned from their mistakes successes tend to reason better thru analyzing of their mistakes and trying to figure a way around their problems.

Now then, let me tell you why I believe a society needs digital libraries hooked to all civilizations for faster advancement of the human species as a whole or as one. If you had a problem that needed solving for the betterment of your civilization and you had all the world’s knowledge at your finger tips; that is to say a computer hooked to a system like a World Wide Digital Library, then you would have enhanced your personal knowledge and memory by a million fold. This could help your intelligent quotient at the speed of computer and that coupled with the speed of thought is a major component needed to take mankind to the singularity of an all-knowing, never ending being in this dimension. Think on this.

I started my career by selling newspapers on street corners and then when I was old enough, I landed a job with Time-Life Books, promoting their best-selling nature, science, and food libraries by phone.

Since then, of course, I’ve sold a lot of other things. But the thread that runs through my career, what I really enjoy, is creating and selling knowledge: seminars, consulting, coaching, books, tapes, newsletters, and the like. I suppose I just have an affinity for learning and teaching.

Others may like technology or travel or agriculture or boating.

I bring this up because you should sell items for which you have a good temperamental fit, goods and services that you respect or personally enjoy. If you don’t, I believe you’ll underachieve, and worse, you’ll be unhappy. And you might blame the profession of selling for your woes, instead of identifying the real culprit.

If I were in the car business today, I’d sell Porsches. I drive one, and I wouldn’t mind collecting them, when I have a close encounter with a ton of extra money!

But I wouldn’t be happy at all, selling average cars. While they have their place, they simply don’t inspire me.

There are cars on the market that cost as much, if not more than Porsches, but I know, from direct experience, that their engineering is vastly overrated, and they spend too much time on hoists. They’re not for me. I’ll have nothing to do with them, given a choice.

Call it snobby, but I know myself. I’d be a misfit if I had to sell something I didn’t respect or enjoy.

I’ve often thought about the maxim that a salesperson must “believe” in his product. I’m not sure that exactly captures what I’m referring to. I think appreciate, admire, enjoy are closer to the mark.

I knew a fellow manager at Time-Life who, on more than one occasion said, “If they didn’t pay me to do this, I’d hang around for free, just to watch!”

If you feel that way about what you’re selling, or about the company for which you’re working, then that is one of the best rewards you can get.

Then, you’re selling one of the finer things in life.

With the claims way of life increasing around the globe, having public liability insurance is becoming ever more & more needed. If you do not presently have professionally indemnity insurance written-in into your building insurance, then now is probably the exact time to look into buying improved cover. Here is some info about why you require cover, & what to watch out for.

What is public liability insurance: Professional Indemnity insurance is an insurance agreement that protects you from claims that other individuals might make against you in the occurrence of an accident. You should check with your insurance company whether this is the case, and if so what degree of cover you have. Even if the insurance is built-in, you should ensure that you are precisely covered for any particular accidents that might possibly arise.

Payment: The premiums that you are expected to have to pay depend on the specific kind of protection you want. If you only protect your home, then the premiums are likely to be less than if you are covering a business. Although, payments are somewhat cheap for the extent of protection that you have to pay for, and its as a result important for anybody running a business.

Microsoft Client Relation Management system (Microsoft CRM) and Microsoft RMS are both Microsoft SQL Server based applications, however historically Microsoft was purchasing industry leading software applications, such as QuickSell which is now Microsoft RMS. So, RMS design fundamentals were minted a long time before Microsoft CRM. But, still integration between the two is straightforward and what you need is consultant, who is familiar with both systems structures and customization scenarios. Microsoft CRM is currently integrated with Microsoft Great Plains and will be integrated with Microsoft Navision in the close future, RMS integration is not planned to our knowledge, so you should seek third party solutions or create your own integration. We see the need for such the integration when you sell on account in RMS and have customer support call center automated with Microsoft CRM. Let us give you highlights:

•	Microsoft CRM custom lookup. More likely you will nee lookup to your RMS headquarters or store records for the customer transactions from Account screen. Microsoft CRM allows you to have custom navigation bar on Account screen by clicking on this bar you could call your custom web .Net application, which will call Microsoft RMS database and return you the grid of customer transactions

•	RMS architecture excurse. Microsoft RMS has Headquarters and Store databases. The exchange between the two types of databases uses worksheet mechanism. Most of the transaction types are initiated on the store level and transferred to the Headquarters database (with some global data exception, global customers for example are handled on HQ level and then propagated down to the stores).

•	Data Inquiry and Update. The MS RMS architecture suggests you to query primarily Headquarters database and do not change data in HQ database. If you need to change data on the store level from Microsoft CRM custom screen - you should consider placing web service on the SQL Server hardware in the store to deal with the store-initiated transaction

•	Microsoft CRM programming. Microsoft CRM has MS CRM SDK (Software Development Kit). This is open source tool, you can download it from Microsoft site and it is description of Microsoft CRM classes and methods with sample codes in C# and VB.Net. Microsoft technical support encourages you to use Microsoft CRM SDK objects and discourages you from direct SQL server programming. If you need to query MS CRM database - you should create your custom database and place your objects: SQL views and stored procedures there. Do not place custom object into MS CRM databases
Do your homework in integration and if you have issues or concerns - we are here to help! If you want us to do the job - give us a call 1-866-528-0577! help@albaspectrum.com
